Speculative Plot Summary
Justice League 2 is the highly anticipated follow-up to the first Justice League film, set in the evolving DC Universe. After uniting to defeat Steppenwolf and thwart Darkseid’s initial attempt to invade Earth, the Justice League faces their greatest challenge yet—a full-scale invasion led by Darkseid himself.
The film begins with the Justice League fractured, dealing with the aftermath of their first battle. Superman has returned to his role as Earth’s protector, but Bruce Wayne struggles with his guilt and doubts about the team’s readiness for future threats. Diana continues her work as a global peacekeeper, while Aquaman manages tensions in Atlantis.
